Optimisation Configuration of Overhead-Line Segmentation Switch of a Distribution Network Based on Global Combination Criterion

Under certain constraints, the optimisation of position and number sectional switches in overhead lines distribution networks can improve reliability economy power supply. Therefore, a global combination criterion is proposed to simultaneously evaluate performance multiple switch positions, which avoids tedious traditional problem adjusting only one at time that possibly fall into local-optimum problem. We directly determine optimal solution ensure optimum. Firstly, switching each line segment analysed as an alternative position. Subsequently, installation-position corresponds given determined according criterion. If constraints are satisfied, increased by one, then until not satisfied. This process ensures optimum but also switches. Finally, examples demonstrate method further optimise configuration. The utility model effectively improves device utilisation rate, reduces influence range fault, supply reliability.
